Shipping policy

We understand that receiving your order quickly and without hassle is extremely important, and we take the utmost care when handling processing, delivery, and tracking.

When Do We Dispatch?

All orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday, will start processing the same day. Any other orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be handled on the next business day.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Transit time: 5–7 business days after processing.

Our total delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days from when your order is placed with us. Please keep in mind business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Costs

  • Standard delivery is a flat fee of £4.99.

  • Orders over £75.00 qualify for free delivery.

Who Do We Deliver With?

We use reliable carriers to deliver your packages successfully and securely. As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can track it from our door to yours.

Currently, we only ship and deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Problems

If a package delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to confirm your details. Please note that new delivery charges may apply if the order has to be re-dispatched.
