How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and transit takes another 5 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is a flat fee of £4.99. Orders over £75.00 qualify for free delivery.
Where do you deliver
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item that's unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. Email sales@sorenvale.com with your order number and we'll help you from there.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. Faulty items are covered for the full 30 day window, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address, change items, or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can still use the 30 day return window.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, get in touch and we'll chase it down.
How do I pick the right size?
Our pieces run true to size. Each product page has a size guide with how to measure. If you're still unsure, email us your chest and waist measurements and the piece you're looking at, and we'll size you properly before you order.
